After 30 years in practice, I decided to retire from my practice for several personal reasons. It was a very hard decision for me to make.
Many of you have been with me for many years, and I have seen your parents, your kids, & you became like a family to me.
For those who wish to pick up their chart, it will be available on or after November 9th, 2020, in the office.
Also, charts could be transferred to a physician / practice of your choice. Practice Fusion’s patient portal allows patients and/or patient-authorized representatives to view, download, and transmit patient health record data directly from the patient portal.
Please stay safe, use a mask, & social distance, along with washing hands in this Covid-19 era.
I strongly recommend all types of vaccination, including covid-19 vaccine when available. (when approved by the FDA)
Remember, prevention is always better than treatment.

You may call the office. Routine prescriptions (Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Thyroid…..) can be called in during business hours only and up to one year after date of last office visit. No narcotics will be called in without been seen. To provide our patients with judicious use of antibiotic therapy, antibiotics WILL NOT be prescribed over the telephone and must be seen. Patients who require antibiotics will be scheduled for the next available appointment. We look forward to continuing to serve you.
